Historic downtown concert

Houston, TX, March 29, 2009. First Methodist Houston (Downtown) sponsored an historic presentation of Morten Lauridsen’s ethereal Lux Aeterna in a first downtown concert for The Texas Master Chorale. The concert also featured the First Methodist Sanctuary Choir singing Mozart’s Solemn Vespers and culminated in a presentation of Beethoven’s Hallelujah by both choirs.
