Texas Master Chorale

Founded in 1986, the Texas Master Chorale is a mixed choral ensemble of 100 auditioned singers. We strive for excellence in performing variety of choral masterworks from classical to contemporary and from sacred to secular.

Mission

The Texas Master Chorale seeks to promote the appreciation of quality choral music by providing opportunities for Houston's northwest suburban community to experience the performance of choral repertoire and masterworks as either artist or patron.

Vision

Texas Master Chorale seeks to become a recognized and leading auditioned community choral organization in preparing, presenting, and promoting classical and innovative music programs and educational opportunities within the Houston area.

Geographical base

Texas Master Chorale performances draw audiences and patrons from across Southeast Texas, but mainly from the Houston metroplex.

The Chorale holds weekly rehearsals at Lonestar College in Tomball. Dedicated Chorale members come from as far away as Bear Creek and Brenham.
